(PIZZA DEPRIZZA), located at Calle Pico Bolívar, Number 951 L. 63 and 66, Colonia Las Puentes 8º Sector, Municipality of San Nicolás de los Garza, State of Nuevo León, Postal Code 66460, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, makes available to our clients, suppliers, employees, and the general public our Privacy Notice.

The personal data you provide us is used strictly to carry out the functions of our company and will never be transferred to third parties under any circumstances.

Personal data requested from our clients:
Name, phone number, email address, and home address to facilitate the contracting process of our service and/or purchase of our products.
Financial data such as debit or credit card number, cardholder name, bank name, expiration date, and security code to process payments related to contracting and/or purchasing.
Tax ID (RFC) to complete billing information and carry out the corresponding process.

Personal data requested from our suppliers:
Name, phone number, email address, and home address to facilitate the contracting process of service and/or product purchase.

Personal data requested from our employees:
Name, phone number, email address, home address, date and place of birth.
Employment history, position, salary, and reason for termination from the last five jobs.

Purpose of personal data collection:
a) To consider opinions, complaints, and/or suggestions from our consumers.
b) To evaluate the quality of all our services.
c) To carry out the electronic invoicing corresponding to your consumption.
d) To execute home delivery orders, if stores offer this service.
e) Personal information collected through the Website will be used to verify user identity, as well as for analytical, statistical, and marketing purposes; all aimed at providing you with better service.
f) To process your request to revoke consent or deny secondary purposes.
g) To show customers promotions and discounts (advertising and marketing).
h) To contribute to studies of the brand and products.

Refusing consent for secondary purposes will not be a reason to deny you our services.

Data Transfers
According to Article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, your personal data may be lawfully transferred to third parties without your consent only in the following cases:
(i) When it involves national or international companies of the same group, such as subsidiaries, affiliates, controlled or controlling entities under common control with the data controller or to a parent company or any company of the same group operating under the same internal policies and processes;
(ii) When the transfer is necessary by virtue of a contract entered or to be entered in the interest of the data subject, between the data controller and a third party;
(iii) When the transfer is legally required or necessary by an authority to safeguard a public interest or for the administration or enforcement of justice;
(iv) When the transfer is necessary for the recognition, exercise, or defense of a right in a judicial process; and
(v) When the transfer is necessary for the maintenance or compliance of a legal relationship between the data controller and the data subject.

Except for the above cases and those stated in Article 37 of the Law, your personal information will not be transferred to third parties.

ARCO Rights
As the owner of your personal data, you have the right to know what information we hold about you and how it is used and processed. You also have the right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); to request the deletion of your data from our records or databases when you believe it is not being used according to applicable principles, duties, and obligations (Cancellation); and to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.

You may exercise these rights by submitting an “ARCO Request Form.” To do so, please send an email to contacto@pizzadeprizza.com requesting the form and follow the procedure that will be sent along with your request. We will address any questions regarding the treatment of your information and process your requests accordingly.

Revocation of Consent
You may revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data at any time. However, please note that not all requests may be processed immediately, as legal obligations may require continued processing. Also, revoking consent may result in being unable to continue providing you the requested services.

Restrictions on Use or Disclosure of Personal Data
If you wish to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data for advertising and/or marketing purposes, please email contacto@pizzadeprizza.com, or you may unsubscribe automatically by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in our emails.

We commit to including your information in an Exclusion List to suspend all marketing activities that may cause inconvenience regarding the use of your information.
